Chippendale Audiology (“we,” “us,” or the “Practice”) may collect your mobile phone number when you provide it to us — for example, during patient intake, scheduling, or through forms on our website — in order to send you SMS text messages related to your care, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, rescheduling or cancellation notices, recall and follow-up reminders, and billing or account notices.

Information we collect: your mobile phone number, your consent status (opted-in or opted-out) and delivery records for messages sent to you under our text messaging program.

How we use it: we use your mobile number and related opt-in information solely to operate the text messaging program described in our Terms and Conditions. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond the purpose for which it was collected.

No sharing for marketing purposes: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Any third-party platform we use to deliver text messages (our “text messaging platform provider”) acts only as a service provider on our behalf, is contractually restricted from using your mobile information for its own purposes, and is not the sender of the messages you receive from us.
